No, at this time we do not offer gift wrapping or personalized messages. Our focus is on providing high-quality, ethically sourced products efficiently.

Do you offer price adjustments/matches?

As our products are unique, handmade items, we do not offer price adjustments or matches. Our prices are a reflection of the fair wages paid to our artisans and the high quality of our natural materials.

2.Shipping and Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on all orders over 150 pounds.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We will provide you with a shipping timeline at checkout. Please note that our collectables are sometimes shipped from our artisan partners, so delivery may take slightly longer than with mass-produced items.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping costs (delivery charges) will be calculated at checkout.

What if my tracking says delivered, but I don't have it?

The risk of loss for items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered. We recommend checking with your neighbors or local post office and ensuring your delivery area is secure.

3.Return and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached. Items noted as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

What if the product arrived damaged or defective?

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted collectables. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to find a resolution.
